Pete Oyler a recent graduate from rhode island school of design created some nice selves that actually stretch, thus the title. Aluminum and cast rubber are the essential parts for this design to function as wall shelves.
what if, you setup on your wall an IRON plate, and embed some (powerfull) magnets at the base of the aluminum cylinders? You already have a very flexible shelf, but it’s gonna be a bit heavy though
