Really nice would love to have one of these on my wall, already out of stock though.

“A super cool calendar from Germany which will pop out of any wall and help you remember what day it is. The orange round houses 3 concentric disks, in black, which are printed with days and numbers. Simply turn the disks to the correct date. Simple. It measures 10″ diameter. Original late 60s piece.” from Present And Correct.

Pete Oyler a recent graduate from rhode island school of design created some nice selves that actually stretch, thus the title. Aluminum and cast rubber are the essential parts for this design to function as wall shelves.

    This is fantastic idea…

Digital clock: only figures, no case, only the necessary – only accurate time. Each figure has self-contained power supply and independent control, it can be fixed to any surface autonomously. A light sensor will switch the clock to an invert mode: the figures are white in the dark time of day and black at daytime.

The sad part is that the clock is only a prototype.

I’ve spent some time finding an application about synchronising my iTunes Library across different locations. I have my iTunes Music Library saved in three different locations. My MacBook Pro’s hard drive, my LaCie Mobile Drive and on my LaCie Desktop Drive. I know that it’s quite idiotic to have three copies of the same folder, but it was a couple of years ago that my PowerBook’s hard drive crashed and lost everything. From that point I learned my lesson and here I am now about an issue that I came across. There are some application that synchronising , ChronoSync, Unison, but it came down to Get BackUp 2 to be the more straightforward and easy to use. It features a simple interface with tabs at he bottom that stores your synchronisations with the folders you choose. The backup process it pretty easy as well, the application offers five icons, iPhoto, Mailbox, iTunes, Documents, Address Book, once you click one it automatically adds the folder to the backup process, all you have to do after that is to pick the destination. You can also set a schedules to keep you backup up-to-date with ease. The application comes free with Toast 10 Titanium and from BeLight Software at the price of $39.95.
